Please read our booking terms carefully before completing your transaction. By processing your payment via Shopify, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

All Payments Are Final: Black Diamond Hydration and Wellness maintains a strict No Refunds policy. Once a service is booked and paid in full upfront, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations & No-Shows (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up for your scheduled time slot within 24 hours of your appointment time, your payment is completely forfeited. No reschedules will be granted, and the session will be marked as complete.

Rescheduling (Outside of 24 Hours): If you need to change your appointment time, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Your full payment will be credited toward your new appointment date.
